Hi All
I earlier tried to put a 512 RAM stick in a Wallstreet, I put it in the top slot, the machine booted OK but Profiler sh owed it to be a 256. ...... . I this an indication of a poor hardware choice or improper slot selection?

I ran for over a year with a 512 and 128 stick. The 512 was read as half its density by the memory controller and so I had 256+128=384MB. All ran fine. The only reason I went back to 192 was that I needed the RAM for another project. With the heatsink in place, it all ran fine.
