Sorry the MPB list has been taken over by preverts of all kinds so doubt I will
get a serious answer there -

I know that this is g books but I am now with an MBP. And I asked a question of
iMac / MBP (because I want to know if 2G ram DDR3 1333 MHz from an iMac can be
used in my MBP early 2010?)

Thinking to buy 8G for the iMac, & use its current 4G 1333 DDR3 in the MBP. OWC
advise that MBP requires 1067 MHz! Not 1333 MHz? :-)?

Grateful for any enlightenment.

Stuart.

>From OWC -

"Dear Stuart,

You will not, the 2010 MBP used 1066MHz memory and will not support the 1333MHz
used in the iMac 11,2.

If the MBP was a 2011 then yes you would be able to do that. Let me know if you
have any further questions/concerns.

Thank you!
