I am investing in the Pismo as a portable writing machine. I will be doing nothing but writing 500-1500 word texts. Unformatted is okay. The ability to transfer easily to main machine is a must (like Dropbox).
I expect to be using this machine on long flights (very long ones). My question is: does anyone have any tips on maximizing battery power? In particular, is Tiger better than OS 9.2 in this regard? A lightweight linux? Any tips on applications?
