I've been handed down an old Pismo and would like to do all I can to
get the most out of it. I ordered more RAM last night to take it to
1Mb. It's still running 10.2.8 and I'd like to update it to
10.3.something or perhaps 10.4.something. I went online and looked at
the prices and outside of getting it from Apple directly, the prices
vary greatly. I don't want to buy or install something illegal or
used, but I'd rather not spend upwards of $100 on this. What keywords
should I look for in listings that would indicate the offer is
legitimate and above-board? TIA for any and all suggestions.

Mike
