That means that it was compiled for a specific subset of processors. For 
example, I got this on a 32bit Intel Mac when trying to run a 64bit only app. 
So, firstly - is it PowerPC compatible? Secondly, does it require a G4 
(AltiVec?) When Apple moved to Leopard, Tiger compiler support got sketchy. It 
ended up only targeting G4's and later IIRC. By the time Snow Leopard came out, 
XCode pretty much was Intel only and ISTR, PowerPC support was an optional 
install.

If it is not on the ralink website (and they do have a bunch of drivers/utils) 
it is probably EOL'd. That might mean an older version would work, but it 
depends on the chipset in the card.
