I won't deny that, but it iwas not as bad as you made it out to be (being that they didn't have a computer after they are half-way through school). considering the school will get these computers (likely Compaq's) for about $1200 I think they should charge cost or below cost for the computer to the student. There is a reason we have federal subsidies. I would tell Stout to (bonk)-off and give your daughter a brand new TiBook.
