I believe this went into effect with the announcement of the new iPods at MWExpo. It was at Expo that I found at about it. Glad you received the correction with such good spirit.

Sorry Kyle. That is great news. I know someone who just this week was turned down for service because their iPod was outside of 90 day period. Do you know when that policy changed?
