I recently made a pilgrimage to see the geniuses at Smalldog - great bunch.
In talking about battery life, now that my year-old Ti-Book battery is
failing, they mentioned I could extend battery time by turning off the
Airport card when I'm on the road anyhow. Anybody got other ideas like
that? Is there a way to turn off some of the memory or other things I might
not be using that add to power drain and heat production?
