I had four or five superior transactions in a row with them, but the
last one was hell on earth. I bought an AC adapter for my PowerBook.
They sent it to me without the AC cord, gave me a run around for two
weeks, then tried to tell me that it was complete without the cord
after I sent it back to them. So, IMHO, when they're good, they're
golden, just hope you don't have a problem.
