If this was a brand-new purchase at the time, it's a Lombard.  It's easy

Apple's said officially lists Lombard's maximum memory as 384 MB, with a
full-height 256 MB module on top and a low-profile 128 MB module below.
But you can take it up to 512 MB via a low-profile 256 MB module below.
