This is good advice! I had the same problem, had me stumped for 
hours. The I read the FM and did this. Bing! All working.

But you must unplug from mains power, not justt switch off. Doing a 
hard reset won't hurt either (usually a little hole on the back - 
poke it with a paper clip).
