You may need to set up the "Hostname" in the router to be a specific name.
I set one of these up for a friend with Comcast (used to be @HOME), and we
had a little trouble with it until we set that up.    I think the Linksys 
tech support people where the ones that finally helpped with that.   Call 
them, they're very helpful.
