Is it common for both homeowners AND apartment insurance to cover
mishaps other than fire or theft
when it comes to replacing computers?
How strict is the burden of proof? If someone spills beer, water, etc on
a computer, this is considered a valid claim?
This makes me think I should consider apartment insurance.
