RE; perhaps, but I should mention lightning damage(florida) homeowners policy and insurance on lightning protection devices cover such a low (used) percentage amount,also at the cost of a raised insurance rate,coverage for electronics damage is poor at best,theft and fire are quite a bit better.but thats here, where you are may be very different. best wishes
