I have half a gig of ram in my Pismo and running system 9.1 for now. Is there any consensus yet about the G4 upgrade and the overheating issue. I installed Finalcut Pro and plan to get a firewire external drive (any recs?) so I can learn to edit a movie that I plan to shoot.
