My partner is going overseas for a bit next year, and wants to take a laptop. I'm shopping around for an older G3 Powerbook or iBook that I'll be selling off after we're done with it. I've got no problems finding prices and performance specs, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has carried one around for a bit.
Are there any models that are more fragile than others? Any spectacularly light ones? It's mainly going to be doing a little web browsing and email, so speed/memory/CPU speed are pretty secondary concerns.
