Gerard, I would recommend you telephoning Wegener Media at 803.808.4362 (I have
no idea what the time zone differences are between France and South Carolina,
United States.)
I have dealt with Wegener Media and found them to be quite reliable. I sent them
my iBook and they repaired her and returned her quite safely.
