As several subscribers have testified to 100% satisfaction with Wegener Media, I feel compelled to report that my experience was somewhat different. I had a serious problem with a PowerBook purchased from Wegener Media and it took a long time to resolve. I believe that Mr. Wegener is honest (he did resolve the problem in a fair manner) but in certain respects his shop seemed to be poorly organized and this made the process very frustrating.
