I was just trying to share an experience and did not mean to start a lengthy useless discussion. I believe that powerbook technical matters are more positive aspects to discuss and deserve us spending bandwidth rather than my own small misadventure. I did not expect to find solution, anyway.
Thanks for all who shared their own experience with WegenerMedia, they kind of balanced my own one. This could mean that the problem is not only with this company, but rather with the overall overseas trading process (even if communication and user support was, at least in that case, far from being their strongest characteristic). Anyway, that's another discussion.
Let's get back to powerbooks !
