SInce it's already broken, split it apart and see if you can fix it. The brick on my WallStreet failed and it was simply the DC output cord connection to the brick. I split it apart (it will never be as pretty as it was), stripped and soldered the DC cord, made a new strain relief with a gob of black silicon rubber, and put the case back together with cyanoacralate glue.
