My old Wallstreet successfully ran two 128 mb chips with a Powerlogix upgrade card, but anything over this and the problems started. There have been reports of people running twin 256 and even twin 512 ram chips in the Wallstreet, the success or failure of this depends on various factors which all have to align correctly and work in synch. In my case, a total of 256 ram was all I could get (and I tried several ram chips all from top manufacturers, re-installing software, a second Powerlogix card, etc.).
