That speaks to my point exactly, the WS would probably rather deal with a 
lower (slower) data rate than higher, they aren't exactly the speediest 
of 'puters. The data stream from the Instant DVD device is pretty small 
compared with DV, DV is 3.6 MBytes/s vs. 2 - 6 Mbits/s for USB-I-DVD 
(that's under 1 MByte/s.) I imagine a WS can capture DV but DV's much 
higher bit rate would put greater demands on an already limited machine.

I've got no interest in this company and its products except as a 
customer, but I've yet to see a better _inexpensive_ analog-video -> DVD 
solution.
