if nothing else is stated, "Digital Video" means the DV format or better IMHO. And even if not, many may assume you can do any kind of video on a wallstreet if statements on video on wallstreet are heard like in this thread, which is not representing reality accurately. And while we may find ways together to do video on a WS, the inherent limitations shouldn't be pretended to not exist. I'd say FCP 3 could work but I wouldn't count on it working with less than a 300 mhz WS. I'm not sure how OS X woudl tip the demands, but I think it will a little bit better due to better HD handling. At least this is my experienc with Audio.
