Well, they do have to narrow it down to a particular cause and figure out a solution for it before they release a plan to fix it, otherwise they are just blowing sunshine up our butts ... and wasting our time and their money in short term fixes. Besides, they are also reimbursing anyone who spent money on having it repaired prior to this. So in the end no one is out but Apple, its really a very good program and exactly what they should have done.
