Nice! It appears that these machines support a chip density of 8M with a width of 32 bits. Even though that configuration isn't listed, it could be the next logical step. The pdf also states that the machine is to use SDRAM memory with a rating of 100MHz or greater. This would make sense as a recommendation because the 250 and 292MHz systems run on a 83MHz system bus. Where as the 233, 266 and 300MHz systems run on a 66MHz system bus.
