This is a froogle search on "Lombard PMU". If Google has a localized version of Froogle you could start there. It in fact shows three of the sites listed below.

As far as doing it yourself, it is one of the hardest parts to replace (in my opinion) since you must take apart the entire bottom casing after removing the screen. The Service manual for your system is:

If you google for the file above, you should be taken to several download sites. This is the Apple Service tech manual and has complete take aparts for this model.
