My Mom, who has been using computers since the TRS 80 (Trash 80 as they were affectionately called) turned 82 last week. I finally convinced her last November to buy a Mac. She got a 20" iMac and LOVES it! No viruses, no worms, no FDSIK, installing/reinstalling and general malaise of the Windoze computer.
I get so tired of PC people being so negative and against Macs. They haven't even tried them. I started out on a Commodore 64, then on to a Tandy SX 1000 and from there a Gateway Pentium. Then I discovered Macs and don't plan to ever go back. Maybe a bumper sticker or something. Stamp out crime in education. Open your mind! kt > From: Howard Katz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Reply-To: G-Books <[email protected]> > Date: Wed, 17 Aug 2005 08:50:50 -0500 > To: G-Books <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: $50 iBooks @ UVA > > On 8/17/05, Krow Magnum <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > >> Good for you !
