G-list: I am currently upgrading the HD on my Lombard from 4 -> 40 GB.
I was just curious what others have done in a situation such as this. I have no boot CD's (e-bay purchase) so I'm thinking of getting a USB-enclosure for either drive, putting the 40 GB drive in, moving all my data from the drive via so 9.2.2 to catch all the hidden files, then swap the two hard drives in the enclosure/laptop. This seems like it would work -- it also seems like a ton of extra work - any other ideas??? Michael. -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
