I know that feeling all too well. My little sister does that all the time, as well as several of my teachers, friends, etc... The only teacher on the network that hasn't had to call IT to fix anything is the Audio-Visual Technology teacher, and he uses a PowerMac G5 and an iMac G5. Plus, they think the PowerMac 5200 is an accurate representation of Macs in general...
