The primary problems I am having are password refusal and repeated

auctions running and more to list and I can't access them without
going through this ridiculous sign-in routine whereby I have to
enter my user name and password over and over again until it catches.
In my experience, these kinds of problems are not from using a Mac.
They result because E-bay is busy. Their computers cannot keep up
with the traffic.
For such a large and successful company, E-bay has some of the worst
software and hardware I have seen. I don't know how they manage to
get things wrong so consistently.
When I'm dealing with the "techs" at e-bay, I expect to get wrong
answers and poor information. If they knew what they were doing,
they'd be doing something else. I also feel sorry for them. They
are trying to solve problems on a system that has problems built-in.
It's a thankless and endless job.
