Hi Aaron, I was in no way threatening, nor was I representing my employer.
I was simply pointing out how vigorously Apple protects their intellectual property and that it probably wasn't a good idea to offer the software in an open forum. I've copied my response below so that everyone can make their own assessment. You can give away software to anyone that you might want to. Read the License agreement that came with your copy of Emailer. As long as you "give away" everything that came with the package, you're probably ok. If you'll re-read your original post, I'm sure you can see that someone like me (in the software industry) would worry about your possible exposure if you post software to an FTP site. smiles, Jamie ---------- My response was: I'd be very careful about typing about distributing Emailer in a public forum like this one...
