I am aware of AliasMenu and is a nice utility but I have always felt
it was overpriced. Plus you can only crowd your menu bar so much. I
have told him so but apparently enough people pay the steep price of
$25. So I don't bother with it. I think about $10 is enough for these
type of utilities. Some shareware writers have given in and given me
worth while discounts. The same with Default folder. An excellent
utility but just too much. After awhile it just adds up and not to
mention the price of software in general is in many cases much to
high. All these high prices just encourages the proliferation of
pirating anyway. Getting the code for any shareware is made available
for anyone who wants it anyway. I think any software that is
worthwhile that stands the test of time and is reasonably and
affordably price, people of conscience will generally pay for it. I
don't have the money to waste on excessive high prices.
