A VST UATA/66 card works better in a 7300.

Is it worth the dollars or are you now of the opinion that it makes more

A 7300 mobo is a splendid basis for a G3 upgrade.

Remove the cache card (the G3 card will have 1 MB of cache anyway), and plug
in the G3.

I'm using a 400 MHz G3 (NewerTech) and a VST in a 7300 mobo, which in turn is
in a 9600 case, and it is a GREAT machine.
