hi. i have an old imac 266 i started to install os x on it but realized i only had 96 megs of ram. no big deal. i cancelled the installer but now, when i boot i get a white screen that says
bootr, unknown word failed to boot apple imac open firmware 3.0.f3 built on 12/02/98 at 10:25.41 copyright 1994-1998 apple computer, inc all rights reserved. ok 0 > _ when i put in a boot cd and type boot cd it says mac-parts: LOAD (noninterposed) not supportedload-size =0 adler 32=1 LOAD-SIZE is too small. if anyone knows what this means or how to fix it, i'd be most grateful. here's an FYI i don't need any of the information on the hard drive, its an old machine. i look foward to hearing from some of you royal smart people out there. thanks, adam ----------------------------- permanent records where rock and roll was killed you can buy quality PR Crap at http://adambrodsky.com http://jewskickass.com http://cubiclegirl.com or amazon.com of you've got a corporate lesbian bent -- -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
