Rev. A - $77D.40F2

Rev. B - $77D.45F1

Rev. C - $77D.45F2

It was previously asserted that Rev. B ROMs were intended for Rev. 1
motherboards with problems.

However, many /266s were built with Rev. 2 motherboards *and* Rev. B ROMs. In
fact, a liquidator here in Silicon Valley recently received a bunch of them,
and all were Rev. 2/Rev. B. They're all gone now :(((

I believe a Rev. 1 motherboard with a Rev. B ROM is an exception ... probably
a rare exception.

My /266 DT was among the very last built before product discontinuance and it
has a Rev. 3 motherboard and a Rev. C ROM.

I previously had a /266 MT which was a factory refurb, and it came with a
Rev. 1 motherboard and a Rev. A ROM.

Apple's policy on parts replacements, including motherboards and ROMs,
remains "replace like with like".
