It's a shot in the dark, but I think I've recently read that if you have
problems starting up File Sharing you have to disable the SDAP Authoring
Support extension first.
Also check the Help Viewer.
Things to do when File Sharing doesn't work:

- Fill in new data in the network identity part in the File Sharing cp
-Trash the 'File Sharing files' folder from the Preferences folder from
your System Folder and restart.
- Zap the PRAM
- Trash the 'Users & Groups' folder from the Preferences folder from your
System Folder and restart
- Finally re-install the system s/w

My guess is that you've copied your previous System Folder to one of the
new HDs, that HD probably has another name then your previous HD so
therefor File Sharing doesn't understand which HD it has to share. Trashing
those preferences should fix it.
