My jewel is a G3/233dt/416MB. When I was using OS 8.1 with QT Pro
4.1.2, everything was just fine. Then later, whenever I would try to
watch, say an Apple commercial I'd downloaded, it started telling me
that I needed a plugin. I didn't know what was happening, so I just
stopped trying to download anything like that. Now that I'm running OS
9.1, I've started using QT 5.0.2, not the Pro version, and the problem
persists. After downloading a QT movie, I am told I need a plugin and
the link takes me to Apple's QT page so I can download QT, which I
already have! What is going on and how can I correct this?

                                                        TIA

                                                        Jim / Taqwa91

to describe the history of the computer industry
for the past decade as a massive effort to keep up with Apple."
