I'm not sure what you're talking about now;) I'm not having problems 
getting the block off the motherboard, but I still have to 
move/replace one jumper, and take another out to set it to 300Mhz. 
It's getting the jumnpers already in there out which is the problem. 
I'm seriously considering buying a pre-programmed jumper, but that 
does seem a waste of $10 if I can do it myself.
