Open up Toast. Make sure you have a file or any disc image open otherwise
the option is greyed out. On the utilities menu, there is an option called
Check Speed.. Sorry I actually meant to say Jam and not Toast hehe.. But
looky, they give it to you in both of em..

Don�t know about anything else to do this with..
