Albert,

Sorry for the confusion,
You were right on the second time. I had 9.2.2 and 10.1.4 on my 6 gig
originally.

1. Installed both 40 gig maxtor ATA 100/133 7200 drives
1a. Initialized both 40 gig hard drives.
2. Installed raid pci card.
3. Set dip switches for raid 0
4. Initialized new 80 gig raid drive.
5. Did a clean install of 9.2.2 and 10.1.4 on my new 80 gig 100/133
raid 0 hard drive.

The above is brief and is better explained in the SIIG install manual.

OS 10.1.4 is much sweeter on the new raid setup. I also run Virtual PC
Windows 2000 Pro on top of OS 10. It also works fine but is not blazing
fast. (would not even run on my 6 gig)

SIIG does includes a manual with their card and if you want to get a
head start you can go to ACARD's website and read their manual (pdf) on
their raid card. (There the same cards and SIIG does not have a manual
on their website.
