hello,

got a small network of mac's hat i'm setting up in a photography studio.
there's a titanium powerbook with a modem connection thats running osx. i've
already installed internet gateway on this machine and the other 6 mac's can
now all surf the web. cool!

the next thing i've got to sort is the email.

the biggest problem is that nobody has a dedicated machine (they hotdesk)
and all the employees want to walk up to any machine and be able to check
and send email.

how do i do this???!! my initial thought was to create an identity in
outlook express for each user on each machine and set the 'leave a copy of
each message on the server' option to yes. that way each users email never
leaves the server so in theory the next machine that they log into will also
show a copy of it when they check for new mail???

they dont want to spend loadsa money on software (now theres a thing!) but
would a mail server do the job?

really confused as to what to do, any help would be great,

cheers,

jake
