I was listening to NPR this afternoon on my way to the store and there 
was a brief on the US Airforce and their problems with network security 
(it sounds like they use NT servers). One of the problems facing secure 
military computers, as well as consumer machines, the article continued, 
is consumer insistence on "plug and play," said the commentator. He 
generously explained what plug and play is for those listeners outside 
the loop, calling it "a windows feature." I got a good laugh out of that 
one...
