I installed the same G4 zif in my b&w and just applied a thin coat to 
the new ZIF and the temps have been fine.
I have mine overclocked  50mhz to 550.
Be careful to put the heat sink back on the same way it came off because 
she will heat up real quick if its backwards (from experience.)
