Bob,

6MB should give you at least thousands of colors on 1024 x 768, if not 
millions.  I have the Radeon 7000 in my B&W G3 300...it's great.  
Everything has went without a hitch, they include a DVI-VGA adapter and 
a Mac-to-PC VGA adapter.  I'm running two monitors, one on 1600 x 1200 
and the other on 1024 x 768 on the card.  Haven't ever tried DVD-video 
on it, but according to this

OWC page, it supports DVD playback.
