You don't mention what Adaptec card you have, but if it's not a 2930, 
you'll likely need to pull it to do the install.

You will definitely need to pull the second ATI card. It and your OEM 
ATI card share certain resources and that doesn't work with the ATI 
drivers (or, kernel extensions if you prefer).

Don't know about that SIIG card. You could try the cover all bases 
approach and pull them all or start with the ATI and work your way up if 
it still won't install.
