Well, they're here, and they've got DDR SDRAM.

It seems from the specs that since the low-end model has a 133 Mhz FSB, it 
uses the "hack" for DDR
used in the Xserve, but since the rest of the line up has a 167 Mhz FSB, it 
has a "true" DDR
implementation.

The dual 1-gig and dual-867 sound like good deals, IMHO.
