So it's rather plain inside. Originally my brother bought it from his university for writing articles and online work. It came with 8.5 and he later installed 9.0 and replaced the miserable little iMac keyboard that Apple supplied with the G3. He never got near the walls and ceiling of this Mac. He's buying a 17" iMac because he needs the larger viewing area and he can't stand the fan in the G3 and he can't tolerate the space that the tower takes on his desk. For me the G3 will replace my ancient but fully functional IIvx, which I still can't seem to find a good home for. What I like about all the Macs I ever owned, from the SE on, is the Scrapbook. I'm addicted to it. I haven't found as good a utility for the Dell I also use as my standard comp because of the people I need to deal with.
