Correction: *some* Power Macs prior to the B&W G3 had dual 5.25" drive 
bays, but a lot didn't.

Only one: Power Mac 6100, 7100, 7200-7600, beige G3 desktop

Two or more: Power Mac 8100-8600, 9150-9600, beige G3 minitower

Also a lot of the clones had more drive bays. My "cheap" Umax C600 
minitower has 3.
