If it is a standard IDC ribbon cable with the usual style connectors, it's easy enough to buy a pair of crimp-on IDC connectors and a good length of ribbon cable and make your own. If the connectors are non-standard you are stuck and will probably have to buy one from an Apple Service dealer at a price. Unfortunately I don't have my B&W G3 yet to have a look at it (hell, I haven't paid the guy for it yet!!) but I don't remember any hairy non-standard ribbons in my last B&W but it's been 6 months since I sold it. -- -- Mark Benson Any spelling errors are attributed to PEBKAC Vintage Macs List Nanny SilValleyPirate - AIM silicon_valley_pirate_uk - Yahoo!
