This has got nothing to do with looking into peoples windows etc etc. It is very easy to walk past a house and see an argument/nice widescreen tv etc and look in.
However someone has deliberately port scanned this computer. You cannot "accidentaly" port scan, and why would you want to if you werent looking for entry points?
